Working Together to Keep Private Lands Open to the Public

We are all a part of the puzzle that keeps private lands open for public access.  Whether you hunt, fish, snowmobile, hike, or watch wildlife, your daily interactions with landowners helps create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment on our private lands.  Did you know that over 70% of New Hampshire’s land is in private ownership?  We all have a responsibility to keep up good relations with these landowners so that future generations can experience safe and open recreational access on private lands.

Treat the landowner as you would like to be treated and treat their land as you would like yours to be treated.
