Ingredients:
2 lbs cod fish filletsWater, to cover
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1 small onion, peeled and sliced
2-3 slices lemons
1/2 cup vermouth
4-6 tablespoons butter, melted
fresh parsley, chopped fine for garnish
Directions:Place fish in a wok
Cover with water and add the next 5 ingredients
Bring to a boil at 225 degrees
Reduce heat to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque
Carefully remove fish from wok with slotted spatula
Serve hot with melted butter and chopped parsley
